Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the weight and volume of the items ordered. During special promotions, shipping costs may be reduced or completely eliminated.

Couriers Used

GLS – Reliability and speed throughout the country

Approximate delivery times:
– 1–2 business days for most of Italy
– 2–3 days for Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia

Characteristics:
– Good value for money
– Generally accurate parcel handling
– Tracking available
– Saturday delivery possible in some areas

Pros:
– Excellent speed for standard shipments
– Low costs
– Capillary network in Italy

Against:
– Lower priority than premium services
– Less detailed tracking than UPS and TNT/FedEx

TNT / FedEx – International precision with excellent standard service

Approximate delivery times:
– 1 working day for most of Italy
– 2–3 days for the islands

Characteristics:
– Reliable and punctual standard service
– High level of accuracy in deliveries
– Advanced and real-time updated tracking

Pros:
– Excellent speed and punctuality
– Very precise tracking
– Support for the FedEx international network

Against:
– Saturday delivery not available
– Slightly more expensive than GLS

UPS – Premium Service with Priority Management

Approximate delivery times:
– 1–2 working days throughout Italy

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on item availability and the shipping method selected. Express couriers typically deliver within 1–2 business days from shipment.

Important note:
The times indicated refer to orders placed before 10:00 a.m. Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday are not considered shipping or transit days.

Receipt of Goods

Upon delivery, the customer is required to check:

The number of packages
The integrity of the packaging, including the sealing tapes

In the event of anomalies, tampering, or breakages, it is necessary to sign the courier's document with the words "GOODS INSPECTED RESERVED" and report any damage within 7 days of delivery.

If the customer does not collect the goods within 5 working days due to delivery impossibility, the order will be cancelled and storage costs may be charged.

Shipment Verification

You can track the status of your order by going to the Your Orders section and selecting Order Status . The courier tracking is automatically updated and allows you to follow every stage of the shipment.
